DX Engineering customized this Hustler 5BTV to work on Civil Air Patrol frequency 4.604 MHz by adding the Hot Rodz capacity hat, tuning the 40m section with the 6 bladed spider, and adding a compensator at the input of the antenna. Works great from my balcony by running a few radials.
